Right Away the first thing I want you to do is: Choose a STRONGER program.
All members officially start a new 12-week program together each quarter. But no matter when you’re joining, we want you to get started right away!
Let’s make the first order of business choosing which 12-week program is the BEST for you right now.
12-week Stronger programs start on the 1st day of each quarter and end on the 28th before a new quarter. You may be joining in the middle and finish with us.
Once you’ve taken the quiz below, click on the “Choose your Stronger Course” button to select your course.
Still have questions? You can also read description of the programs, and you can ask inside the Facebook group for input.
Quick support?
If you haven’t been lifting regularly, do 3.
If you need short because time (or energy) is a big issue, do 7.
If you have been lifting regularly, lifting heavy and are used to training, do 4.
You’ll begin to see signs here when it’s time to select a new program for next quarter.
